I always love Ted Lasso. It’s a show that leaves you feeling happy and I love watching the characters try to make themselves better, while also accepting who they are.

A standard you’ve set?
To always be straightforward with my clients. I try to provide as much information and communicate openly throughout the process. If we are working as a team, honesty and transparency are essential.

A shift in your industry you’re watching closely?
The separation of buyer and seller compensation has been one of the most significant shifts in our industry over the last two years. I find it has brought greater clarity to the roles involved in a transaction, giving buyers and sellers a better understanding of how their agents represent them. There is still room for the industry to evolve, but I think greater transparency creates a stronger experience for everyone involved.

Best advice you’ve received?
Don’t strive for perfection. There is no such thing. Instead try to be the best version of yourself. I try to instill that in my daughters.
